A Wonderful Venue
Dulverton Town Hall has been home to the Dulverton Players for many, many years. During their tenure the hall has seen a great deal of change both in the obvious facilities and decoration and in the technical, behind the scenes aspect.
Dulverton Town Hall has been home to the Dulverton Players for many, many years. During their tenure the hall has seen a great deal of change both in the obvious facilities and decoration and in the technical, behind the scenes aspect.
The main hall is situated upstairs, this is the largest room and includes a fully equipped bar, it measures approx 12m x 10m with a beech wood floor. There is a large raised stage designed for theatrical performances which has a proscenium arch, curtains and a full width extended apron.

A comprehensive theatrical lighting facility together with an extensive modern sound system provide a genuine theatre experience for all the "players" offerings.
The hall can seat up to one hundred and forty people for a regular performance or for the occasional "supper" event seventy, when seating is provided around tables. There are sufficient new, upholstered chairs and large folding tables to meet the numbers allowed.
There is a lift to carry disabled people on to this floor where there is a disabled toilet.
